Solomon Shippers?  Where are they?

We do not build shippers in CRM for 2 reasons: 

1)    CRM does not have the concept of shippers so there is nothing to sync with.  
2)    We would consider Shippers and Invoices one and the same in CRM. There is 1 invoice in CRM for every shipper released from Solomon. Each invoice is linked back to the parent order so you can look at an order and see the associated invoices.  

All the ship-tracking records are linked to the Invoice and the Order. So one can get the tracking data from the Sales Order or the Invoice.
