In the last few days MSFT has updated the CRM 30 Day trial edition for Small Business Server.  It is now compatible with the SBS R2 Release.

Additionally, everyone should be aware that you can get a working demo very quickly by using the Virtual PC image file from Microsoft. This demo is a full, working system that is already set up and running with Outlook, Sharepoint, and CRM. We are constantly using this as a base image to show what customizations look like.
