1) CRM allows longer names than 30 characters. Don't you need to modify a Scribe DTS to truncate to Solomon’s field size in order to copy over CRM data?

The size issues are preserved using the Scribe parsing function that takes data out of CRM and puts it into the Solomon staging table. Additionally, the staging table matches the field sizes from Solomon.
