Microsoft CRM “Titan”
We are beginning the process of reviewing the next version of CRM. The Software as a Service model is going to have some very interesting effects on how our integration works. We are enrolled in the TAP program so we will be primarly silent on the topic as we are under a strict non-disclosure agreement with MSFT. So you won't hear a lot on this topic specifically. However, know that we are helping with product design, debugging on the v.next for CRM and making sure that Infuse is going to be ready when the time comes.
