As many know from previous blog article we are prevented from talking about stuff before it is released to public.  Well, this is now public info from Convergence last week. 

• Titan release will be released this year
• Early Titan code is in the hands partners now
• It will be available via software bits and Live CRM instances
• Early customer access via Live CRM will start in Q3
• A customer showcase program for a select number of on-premise customers will kick off in Q3
• Full RTM (Release to Market) and RTW (Release to Web) will occur by end of year

More on Convergence next week.  But I had an excellent time, met many great customers, prospective customers, prospective partners, and Microsoft staffers.  

It was clear that Microsoft continues to struggle with the Solomon to CRM message. One group does not speak to the other group.  

In the CRM general session, Mr. Wilsion showed a great slide that explained the integration points for Dynamics CRM......

• GP - Now
• AX - Later this year
• NAV - 2008
• Siebel
• Oracle.....

Wait... where is the touch point for SL?   Hmmm... Missing.... What is the message there?

Next, in the SL general session somone one of the product managers what the strategy was for integration. The reply was...."We're working on something...."  

Wow... What a mixed message.... I guess it is still good for us that Microsoft is confused. It would be nice if they got their story straight. It just makes it confusing to the customers and partners.   Just know this...

We have a solution to link CRM and SL.  It is Certified, it Works, and customers that are using it will say so.
