One of my ongoing interests is trying to figure out what Microsoft is doing with business application integration.  Here is one of the best indications of what can be done with Microsoft CRM and a creative customer. Jason Hunt has blurred the lines between the web and the application, which is what can happen with a web service app like CRM. 

When you see this kind of stuff, it is easy to imagine a world where there isn't a need for integrations like Infuse. That's because everything will all be part of the same application. Given the convergence of business apps, customer management insight, and development tools, the ideas that separate applications must be used are going to be old thought.

I often think that businesses like this one that engineer the business around the customer experience will be very successful.    I feel inspired. Great Job Ben and Jason!
