Guys.... I am missing the Ribbon.  How, I do not know but it is gone.  After Right Clicking everywhere, I figured this out.  

Restore the Ribbon

  1. Keyboard shortcut  To minimize or restore the Ribbon, press CTRL+F1.

Changes in 2007 are great, but try it without the Ribbon and you are dead meat.
