1. You own your own success.  So kick yourself in the ass.

2. Add value to the prospect BEFORE you sell

3. Help people buy don't sell them anything

3.1 Be a cat - develop an attractive position so you draw prospect to you by the value you deliver

3.2 look out for the gun - sometimes the most attractive prospects are committed, they look so good, but beware because they are dangerous.  You are looking to close the deal what you are not looking for is the gun.
